2. General Terms
• Fixys Online is a platform connecting Service Seekers with Service Providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered by Service Providers.
• All users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Service Providers are required to undergo basic email verification to be listed on the platform.

3. Payments and Refund Policy
• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made on Fixys Online, including subscriptions, credits, and charges for services, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Service Providers must ensure sufficient credits in their account to remain listed on the platform. Once credits are consumed or subscriptions lapse, the listing will no longer be visible until renewed.

4. Service Provider Responsibilities
• Service Providers are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their services.
• Fixys Online does not screen or guarantee the expertise, conduct, or outcomes of the Service Providers listed on the platform.
• Service Providers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations for their services.

5. Service Seeker Responsibilities
• Service Seekers are responsible for selecting and contracting with Service Providers at their own discretion.
• Fixys Online does not take responsibility for disputes, delays, or unsatisfactory service outcomes between Service Seekers and Providers.

6. Limitation of Liability
• Fixys Online is a platform provider and does not act as an employer, agent, or guarantor for any Service Provider or Seeker.
• SRJP PTY LTD will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from the use of the platform or services facilitated through it.

7. User Conduct
• Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.
• Fixys Online reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

8. Subscription and Credit System
• Service Providers are required to purchase subscriptions to list their services on Fixys Online.
• Subscriptions include a credit system that allows Service Providers to remain visible to potential clients. Once credits are exhausted, the listing will no longer be shown until credits are renewed.
• Subscriptions and credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

9. Termination
• Fixys Online reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
